Will you chase me with sales calls?
No. We send the report and one short follow-up email to make sure it arrived. If you want help with the fixes, you reply. That's the whole process.
Our work comes from referrals. Why does the website matter?
Keep the referrals. Referred buyers still check your website before they call, and a weak site can lose a referral without you ever knowing.
Who are you, and where is your team?
North Needle is a small senior design and marketing team based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Contracts are with NorthNeedle LLC, registered in the US, and invoiced in US dollars. We've built for a precision manufacturer, a 50-year manufacturing sales partner and a maker of remote viewing devices.
Does it matter that your team is in Pakistan?
Not for the work. Our designers and developers are in Islamabad, and calls are scheduled during US business hours. You sign with and pay NorthNeedle LLC, a US company, in US dollars, so there are no overseas wires. Ishaq, our founder, stays your single point of contact from first call to launch.
We do defense or ITAR work. Is this safe?
We only review your public website. We never need your drawings, CAD files or controlled technical data, for the inspection or for a website project. We work only from what you choose to publish, and an NDA is available on request.
What if we want help fixing it?
Two fixed prices. Website Essentials is $5,000 for up to 5 pages. The Full Website Revamp is $8,500 for up to 10 pages when you start from your inspection (regularly $10,000). You get a written, fixed proposal before any work begins.
