Refund Policy

At North Needle, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and products. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued. By purchasing or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through North Needle, including but not limited to:
  • Digital services (design, branding, development, consulting, strategy, etc.)
  • Digital products (templates, assets, documents, or other downloadable materials)
  • Subscription-based or milestone-based service engagements
2. Digital Services (Custom Work)
All payments for services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
“Work commenced” includes (but is not limited to):
  • Discovery or strategy sessions
  • Research or planning
  • Design drafts or concepts
  • Development or implementation work
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only at North Needle’s sole discretion and only in cases where:
  • Work has not yet started, and
  • A written cancellation request is received within a reasonable timeframe after payment.
3. Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered or downloaded.
This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Design files
  • Templates
  • Guides, documents, or digital assets
Because digital products cannot be “returned,” refunds are not issued except in cases of:
  • Duplicate charges, or
  • Proven technical issues that prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved by our support team.
4. Subscription Services
For subscriptions (if applicable):
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
  • You may cancel future renewals at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for partial usage or unused time.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact North Needle directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Revocation of access to delivered materials
  • Permanent termination of the client relationship
We reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in the event of a dispute.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases where:
  • North Needle fails to deliver the agreed scope of work due to internal reasons, and
  • A mutually agreed resolution cannot be reached.
Any such refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
7. Changes to This Policy
North Needle reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
